Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we'll do our best to sort this out for you as quickly as possible. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Custom orders are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the deadline for pre-orders has passed, due to the personalised nature of the product. Please ensure names and numbers are correct at time of purchase.

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your item in exchange for a different size of the same item (where possible), or we can refund you to the original payment method. 

Please note that you will need to pay for return shipping. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To return or exchange an item:
1. Please email us

2. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package
3. Once the item is received, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. It can take some time for your bank to process the refund too. 

Remember we're here to help you - send us a message if you have any queries! As we're a new and very small business, we are currently unable to offer free returns, and the original cost of shipping will not be refunded (but hopefully one day!). 

Damages and issues
We hope you love your item but if there are any issues with your order please let us know straight away by emailing the.kit.kult@gmail.com so we can help you. Of course, we will refund or exchange (where possible), any defective or damaged item, or correct a wrong order. We will also cover all shipping costs to fix this for you.
