How much is postage and packaging?
We have flat rates for shipping which depend on shipping destination.

UK - £4
Europe - £15
Rest of the world - £20

This takes into account average shipping costs and a small amount towards packaging materials.

Sticker-only orders are sent in envelopes:

UK - Free shipping for orders of 3 or more, £1 otherwise
Europe & rest of the world - £2

How will my order be sent to me?
We use Royal Mail to post our packages in the UK and worldwide. All international orders will be sent tracked.

How long will my order take to get to me?
We aim to dispatch your order between 1-3 working days. Once shipped, Royal Mail standard delivery times are:

UK 2-4 working days
Europe 3-4 working days
Rest of the world 5-7 working days

Please note these times are estimated and deliveries may be slower due to the global pandemic.

Will I have to pay extra for international deliveries?
As we are based in the UK, deliveries to Europe and further afield do have increased shipping costs.

Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any charges and fees incurred for importing an item into your country. Make sure to double check these extra costs so you're not caught out.

Can I group orders to save on shipping?

Sure! We offer our Kult Crate service to help you save on shipping and group orders together.

Simply pop 'Kult Crate' in the order notes with your first order and we will hold on to your items and send you a discount code to receive free shipping on any future orders. You can use this code to top up your crate up to a maximum of 6 shirts (Hats and other items vary) and we will release it automatically once its full. Want your crate earlier just let us know.

Can I return a shirt?
Sure! But there are some exceptions such as custom-made shirts. Please follow these instructions on our Returns page.

We ask that you contact us prior to making a return and send the item back unused and in the same condition you received it in.

Can I get an exchange?
Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate an exchange. Please follow the instructions on our Returns page.

Due to the limited nature of the items we stock, your desired size for an exchange may not be available. If this is the case, we will process a refund for you.

Buying & Trading Kits

Do you buy shirts?
We do! If you have a shirt you would like to sell, send Aldred an email at the.kit.kult@gmail.com with a description of the shirt and some photos so he can check it out.

If he is interested, he will give you an offer to purchase it.

Can we kit swap?
Aldred will consider kit swaps. If you have a jersey you would like to swap, send him an email at the.kit.kult@gmail.com with a description of the shirt and photos, plus details of the desired trade shirt.

Please be aware that this isn't guaranteed.

Products

Do you do custom shirts?
Unfortunately we don't provide customisation on the shirts in stock. For the vast majority of jerseys, the names and numbers would be printed at the same time as the design, and we feel adding a name and number post-production wouldn't do them justice.

We do offer customisation on our Art Project jerseys when the initial preorder happens so keep an eye out for them. We are also happy to stock your favourite number or player where possible, just let us know!

I'm looking for a specific club shirt - can you get it?
We'll do our best!

Whilst ordering current clubs kits is easy, getting hold of older and limited designs and styles is much trickier. If you are after something specifically, let us know and we can keep an eye out for you.

Are all kits brand new?
Most of the time, our items are brand new and unworn, but we will stock second-hand kits from time to time. On each product page, it will state the product condition.

Sizing

How do I figure out my size?
Please be aware that we stock many different manufacturers from all over the world on Kit Kult, so there is no standard size guide.

On each product, we have provided the original tag size from the manufacturer, plus an approximate measured size across the chest to help you work out sizing.
