Jersey Design 
Established in January 2015, Outkast International are a travel team set up by Emmanuel Tan in Singapore. Best known for participating in the DBC in Germany, the wolf pack assemble a team of players from around the world to play dodgeball, share drinks and become friends. Multiple champions of the event, the team has played host to lots of well known players from the dodgeball community.
